Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility and approval

Participation is by approval only. You must be at least 21 years old, provide accurate identity and payment details, and operate a website, publication, or audience channel that is lawful and consistent with a research supply business. We may decline or end participation at our discretion, including where a channel is unsuitable for research-use-only materials. Approval creates an independent contractor relationship only — it does not create employment, agency, partnership, or authority to bind us.

Attribution and commission

Commission is earned on qualifying orders attributed to your referral code or link at the point the order is placed. Attribution is recorded from the referral parameter stored in the visitor's browser, which means it can be lost if the visitor clears their browser data, uses a different device or browser, blocks storage, or arrives later through another affiliate's link. Where more than one code is present, the most recent qualifying referral is credited. Commission rates and any category exclusions are shown in your affiliate dashboard and may be changed prospectively on notice.

Qualifying orders

An order qualifies only when it is paid in full, not cancelled, not refunded, not charged back, and not flagged as fraudulent or as a test order. Commission on an order that is later refunded or charged back is reversed and offset against future payouts, or is repayable if no future payout is due. Orders you place yourself, or that are placed by a person or entity connected to you for the purpose of generating commission, do not qualify.

Prohibited promotion

Because these are research-use-only materials, promotional conduct is restricted. You must not do any of the following.

• Describe or imply that materials are safe or suitable for human or animal use, treatment, weight loss, performance, or wellness.
• Provide dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use, cycling, or protocol guidance to consumers.
• Make therapeutic, curative, diagnostic, or preventive claims, or imply approval by any medicines regulator.
• Present yourself as VaultLabs, as an employee, or as an authorised spokesperson, or use a domain, handle, or display name likely to be mistaken for ours.
• Bid on our brand terms in paid search, or use our brand in ad copy or display URLs, without our written permission.
• Use unsolicited bulk email or messaging, misleading pop-ups, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, typosquatting, browser extensions, or automated traffic.
• Promote through channels aimed at minors, or through content that is unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory.
• Alter our logos, product photography, or documentation, or publish fabricated certificates, test results, reviews, or testimonials.

Disclosure and legal compliance

You must clearly disclose the commercial nature of your relationship with us wherever you promote, in the manner required by the advertising and consumer protection rules of each market you address, including UAE requirements. You are responsible for your own tax, registration, and licensing obligations arising from your promotional activity and any commission you receive.

Payouts

Commission accrues in AED and becomes payable once the balance reaches the minimum threshold shown in your dashboard and the associated orders have passed the return window in our Refund Policy. Payouts are made to the payment details you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy — we are not liable for funds sent to details you supplied incorrectly. We may withhold or delay a payout while we investigate suspected fraud, attribution manipulation, or breach of these terms, and may forfeit accrued commission where a breach is established.

Use of our brand

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our name and approved marketing assets solely to promote us during participation and in accordance with these terms. No other licence is granted. All goodwill in our brand accrues to us. On termination you must remove our branding and referral links within a reasonable period.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time on written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately, and withhold unpaid commission, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where promotion has created regulatory or reputational risk, or where required by law. Commission properly earned before termination that is not affected by a breach remains payable.

Liability and indemnity

The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee traffic, conversion, attribution accuracy, uptime, or any level of earnings, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost commission arising from attribution that could not be recorded. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to commission properly earned and unpaid in the twelve months before the claim. You indemnify us against claims arising from your promotional content, your statements about the materials, and your breach of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms prospectively; continued participation after the updated version is published constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
