Common questions

How do I verify a lot number?
Enter the lot number printed on your vial label. When a record is published, batch verification shows the matching COA, catalogue number, and document type.
What if my lot is not found?
Absence from the portal does not mean a batch failed testing. Contact support with your order reference — the lot may be pending publication or not yet uploaded.
What does pending or unavailable mean?
Pending means the record exists in workflow but is not yet published online. Unavailable means no document is currently published for that lot and test type. Neither implies pass or fail.
Who performs the laboratory testing shown on VaultLabs COAs?
Published VaultLabs certificates name VaultLabs Laboratory as the testing laboratory unless a specific lot record lists another laboratory. External partner references appear only when that lot’s documentation states them.
Does every batch have online documentation?
No. Each order ships with a COA and lot number, but online publication depends on workflow status. See quality & testing for how published records are presented.
