Before anyone opens the box
Gulf receiving areas run hot. Move the parcel off the security desk and into the laboratory as soon as it is signed for. Log SKU, lot, time, and who accepted it.
Match the vial lot in batch verification before the unit is released to a working fridge. The storage guide covers sealed-vial temperature once it is in inventory.
Who handles the vial
Only personnel named in your institutional SOP should open lyophilized material. Use the PPE and clean-bench rules that SOP already requires — VaultLabs does not define those.
Record the opener, date, and reason (aliquot, reconstitution, or inspection). A vial that cannot be tied back to a person is a documentation failure even if the powder looks intact.
