What this guide covers

Sealed lyophilized peptides are usually stored cold, dry, and dark until a qualified laboratory reconstitutes them under its own SOP. In the UAE the risk is heat and humidity during receiving, not a lack of freezers — summer ambient often exceeds 40 °C, and coastal indoor humidity can be high.

Follow the vial label and the lot Certificate of Analysis when they disagree with a general guide. VaultLabs does not publish reconstitution recipes or human-use preparation steps.

On receipt

Move the parcel out of ambient Gulf heat as soon as it is signed for. Log the lot number, SKU, storage location, and time of receipt before the vial goes into inventory.

Match the printed lot on the vial to the published record in batch verification. If they do not match, quarantine the unit and contact support — do not put it into a validated workflow.

Sealed lyophilized storage

Most VaultLabs peptide SKUs specify 2–8 °C for sealed lyophilized vials, protected from light and moisture. Some institutions archive at −20 °C when their SOP allows it; that is a local decision, not a VaultLabs protocol. If the lot COA says frozen, follow the COA.

Keep vials in the original packaging with desiccant until opened. Do not leave boxes on a receiving bench through a Sharjah or Dubai afternoon.

Let a cold vial reach room temperature before opening so condensation does not wet the cake. Log any temperature excursion your monitors record.

After reconstitution

Once water is added, stability is shorter and method-specific. Your laboratory defines hold times, diluent choice, and whether BAC water or sterile water is in scope.

Aliquot if your SOP forbids freeze–thaw cycling. VaultLabs does not set those windows.

Mistakes we see in UAE receiving

Leaving the parcel at the security desk until the next morning.

Filing a COA for a different lot than the vial in the fridge.

Using a leftover diluent beyond the hold time written in the lab’s own SOP.
