How to verify a VaultLabs lot
Match the lot printed on a VaultLabs vial to the published Certificate of Analysis — and what to do when the portal has no record yet.

What you are matching
Verification is a three-way check: the printed lot on the vial, the lot on your packing list or invoice, and the record in batch verification or COA search.
A PDF forwarded by email that does not share that lot identifier is not a substitute. How to read a peptide COA explains the fields once you have the right document.
On receipt
Enter the lot exactly as printed. Confirm product name and strength match the SKU you ordered.
If the portal shows a record, file the PDF against that lot in your inventory system before the vial is released to a working fridge.
When nothing is online
A missing record usually means analytical release or upload is still pending. It is not automatic evidence the lot failed.
Laboratories that require a published COA before release should request the lot by identifier through documentation request and hold the unit in quarantine until the record appears.
What verification does not prove
A published COA does not make the material suitable for human use, and it does not replace your laboratory’s incoming qualification SOP.
Document type (supplier vs third-party) is labelled on each published record when that distinction is disclosed.
