Overview
Sterile laboratory water is an unpreserved aqueous diluent. Laboratories typically choose it when the SOP forbids a multi-draw preserved vial. It is a diluent, not a peptide, and it is not for human or animal use. Choose BAC water instead when the SOP allows a preserved, multi-draw workflow. Catalogue SKUs are grouped at sterile water. Keep sealed vials at labelled room-temperature storage. Once opened, treat unused volume per your SOP — this is typically a single-use material.
Stability notes
Opened-vial hold time is defined by the receiving laboratory’s SOP. Do not use a vial that arrived with a compromised seal.
