How a laboratory places an order, pays in AED, and what the cart minimum is.

Yes. The minimum order is AED 150 merchandise subtotal, before discount, delivery, and VAT. Checkout stays blocked until the cart reaches that amount.
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Tamara (pay now), Tamara split payments, and cash on delivery for eligible UAE orders. The options you see at checkout are the ones enabled for that cart.
Yes. Wholesale rates apply from five units per SKU on eligible catalogue items. That path is separate from retail checkout — start on the wholesale page.
What a COA proves, how to match a vial lot, and what pending means.
Yes. Each order is intended to ship with a Certificate of Analysis and a traceable lot number on the vial. The same record is published in batch verification when that lot is uploaded. If the lot is not online yet, treat it as pending — not as a failed test. How to read a peptide COA explains the fields.
Enter the lot printed on the vial in batch verification or COA search. The published file should match the product name, strength, and lot on the label. A PDF that does not share that lot number is not a substitute. Step-by-step: how to verify a VaultLabs lot.
Quality is lot-specific. Where testing was performed, analytical results such as HPLC purity appear on that lot’s COA. Quality and testing states what is published and what is not. VaultLabs does not treat a brand name as a substitute for the vial in your fridge.
Identity asks whether the material is the expected compound. Purity asks what share of the detected peaks is the main component under that method. They answer different laboratory questions. HPLC on peptide COAs covers why two methods can print different percentages.
No. Purity is an analytical ratio. The labelled mass (for example 10 mg) is a separate specification. Quantitative assay, when published for that lot, is the document that speaks to amount — not the purity percentage alone.
A supplier COA is release paperwork from the supply chain. Independent testing is performed by an external laboratory. VaultLabs labels document type on published records. A PDF is not automatically third-party testing.
Pending means the lot is in the upload workflow and is not online yet. Unavailable means no file is published for that lot and test type. Neither status is a pass or a fail. Request the lot by identifier via documentation request if your SOP requires a published COA before release.
Yes. Use request documentation or email support with the order reference and the lot on the vial. Ask for that lot — not a generic quality certificate.
UAE delivery windows, tracking, and what to do when the parcel arrives.
VaultLabs dispatches to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. The delivery window for your address is shown at checkout.
Next-day dispatch is available for many Dubai and northern-emirate addresses on orders placed before 4:00 PM GST, Sunday–Thursday. Checkout shows the estimate for your emirate.
Temperature-aware packaging is used where the format requires it. Method depends on the SKU and fulfillment settings. In the UAE the risk is often the receiving desk, not the truck — move lyophilized vials into monitored storage as soon as they are signed for. See the storage guide.
After dispatch you receive tracking by email. You can also look up status on track order with your order reference and email.
Follow the vial label and the lot COA. Most VaultLabs peptide SKUs specify 2–8 °C for sealed lyophilized vials. Let a cold vial reach room temperature before opening so condensation does not wet the cake. Research peptide storage is the operational page. VaultLabs does not publish reconstitution recipes or human-use steps.
